1. General

1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Lines are valid to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of Surf-Lines. When you order an item, you agree to these terms and conditions. Read this carefully before you place an order. If you have any questions about these conditions, please contact us by info@surf-lines.com.

 

2. Agreement and Order

2.1 The agreement is binding at the time you place an order. Surf-Lines processes the order after the payment has been received. Until then, Surf-Lines is the owner of the products. 

2.2 As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that the payment has been accepted and an e-mail with the details of your order.

2.3 Pictures and specifications are for indication. All products are handmade and can therefore be slightly different. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it (see article 6), but it cannot be a reason to submit a claim. 

2.4 From time to time there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

 

3. Payment and payment methods

3.1 You can choose from 3 different secure payment methods: Creditcard, I-deal, Apple-Pay.

3.2 Please note that although the Websites have been carefully compiled, it is possible that the price information on our Websites contains errors. We reserve the right to cancel your purchase in the event of obvious errors.

3.3 All product prices are including VAT and excluding shipping costs. 

3.4 Credit card details such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., are automatically transferred via an encrypted and secure system to the payment provider, full credit card details are not visible. If you pay with Visa or Masterard there is extra protection through special verification methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).

 

4. Delivery

4.1 Orders placed before 14:00 on workdays will be try send out on the same day.

4.2 Delivery times:
The Netherlands ± 2 business days.
Belgium & Germany ± 5 business days.
Europe ± 10 business days.
World ± 15 business days.

Our deliveries in the Netherlands will be shipped as a mailbox shipping by DHL  or post.nl with Track & Trace. Shipping costs (€3,95) are added during checkout and orders above €50,- will be shipped for free, except during sale days. 

4.3 Our deliveries outside the Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL with Track and Trace and to receive this shipment a signature is required. International  shipping costs:

All orders are shipped with track & trace.
Free shipping for orders above €50,- (The Netherlands only), except during sale days

Return 
We hope that you are in love with your new surf-Lines goodies. If not you can return you order within 14 days and we will refund your money within 7 business days.

How to return:

1) Please send an e-mail about your return to info@surf-lines.com 

2) Send your returning item always back in the sending box, no envelopes!

3) The return package must include a note with the following information: 

Name:
Order number:
Purchase date:
Reason for return:
Without this information, the return cannot be processed

Please note that you must pay to ship the goods to us and we strongly recommend that you do so by registered mail and obtain proof of shipment - if the product is lost, this is not our responsibility.

The shipping cost are the customers expense.

The return of an article is only possible when the article:

  • is in undamaged state
  • is not worn and/or used

Surf-Lines reserves the right to refuse returned items.
